H. Upmann 1844 Nicaragua by AJ Fernandez (Toro)

This collaboration pairs one of the oldest heritage brands in the cigar world (H. Upmann, founded in 1844) with master blender Abdel "AJ" Fernandez at his Tabacalera AJ Fernandez factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.

Blend Profile & Specifications:

 Wrapper: Dark, silky Ecuadorian Sumatra

 Binder: Nicaraguan Corojo '99

Filler: Aged Nicaraguan and Dominican Criollo '91 / Piloto Cubano long-fillers

 Vitola (Size): Toro — 6" × 54 ring gauge

Factory: Tabacalera AJ Fernandez Cigars de Nicaragua S.A. (Estelí)

Tasting Notes & Character

 Strength & Body: Medium-to-Full

Core Profile: A balance of AJ Fernandez’s signature Nicaraguan spice with H. Upmann’s traditional smoothness. Expect notes of dark roast espresso, cedar, raw cocoa, baking spices (cinnamon and nutmeg), toasted hazelnut, and a subtle natural tobacco sweetness.

Burn & Construction: Firmly packed with solid combustion and a cool, consistent draw. The 54 ring gauge gives it a plush smoke output
